This is an entry level opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the power systems industry. This position is responsible to create electrical schematics in CAD for a $1B business
Responsibilities
Develop electrical schematics for Schneider’s energy management offer in North America
Use Electrical CAD (SEE Electrical Expert) to compile the customer project documentation for MV and LV products
Ensure compliance with ANSI/NEMA standards, codes and customer requirements
Coordinate with project management team to assure projects are completed satisfactorily and on time
Study technical drawings and specifications of electrical components to ensure that installation and operations conform to designs
Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications or Instrumentation disciplines
1-2 Years of experience in Electrical design
Great attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred:
Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology plus a Masters in S.T.E.M disciplines
1+ Years of experience in Electrical design
SEE Electrical or equivalent tool experience
Great attitude and willingness to learn
Experience with offshore teams
