Estimation Engineering

Demonstrate Robust & Credible process by consistently delivering high quality product on timely manner with continuous improvement approach.
Deliver sustainable high growth performance by continuously maximizing the asset utilization & reducing operating costs
Leverage to increase efficiency, effectiveness and business wins
Develop Sales Excellence & drive operational efficiency
Deliver exceptionally high performance in a sustainable way building people functional capabilities
Drive Initiative to improve regional business performance through operation discipline and customer focus.

Key Performance Indicators

Implement new idea to improve operational efficiency
Timely submission of all assignments
Time sheet entries on daily basis
Adherence to project documents as per CoE QMS requirement
Alignment of Project Tracker with Ops Team
Publish weekly project status report using project tracker

Experience & Qualification

B.TECH/ BE in ECE/EEE engineering (3 to 6 yrs of experience) or Diploma in Mechanical engineering (8yrs. Of experience)
Designing of ACCS, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Public address, Intrusion system, WLD, Rodent, & BMS
Well versed in AUTOCAD
Strong Communication Skills.
